Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Wabiss, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Wabiss is a WhatsApp messaging platform that uses an unofficial, web-based WhatsApp integration (not the official Meta/WhatsApp Business API). Wabiss is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms Inc. or WhatsApp.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • You must be 18 years or older to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT use Wabiss to send:

  • Spam or unsolicited messages
  • Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
  • Content that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service
  • Political campaigning without proper authorisation
  • Adult or explicit content

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. WhatsApp Number & Instance Usage

You are responsible for the WhatsApp number/SIM you use with Wabiss. WhatsApp may ban numbers used for bulk messaging. Wabiss is not liable for WhatsApp bans or account restrictions. Use a dedicated SIM/number — do not use your personal WhatsApp number.

6. Payments & Billing

  • All prices shown are in INR and exclude 18% GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant).
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly.
  • Message quotas reset on renewal date — unused messages do not roll over.

7. Refund Policy

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • On plan upgrades: unused days are credited to your wallet (pro-rata).
  • Wallet credits and PAYG top-ups are non-refundable.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 7 days.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses due to downtime.

9. Intellectual Property

The Wabiss platform, brand, and all related content are owned by Wabiss. You retain ownership of your content and contact data.

10. Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Billing page.

12. Limitation of Liability

Wabiss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
