Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

2. Plan Upgrades — Wallet Credit

When you upgrade to a higher plan mid-cycle:

  • The remaining days on your current plan are calculated pro-rata.
  • This amount is credited to your Wabiss wallet (not refunded to payment method).
  • Example: 15 days left on ₹499 Starter = approx ₹249.50 wallet credit.

3. PAYG Top-ups

PAYG wallet top-ups are NON-REFUNDABLE. Wallet balance can be used for messages indefinitely (no expiry on wallet credits).

4. WhatsApp Number Add-ons

Number add-on subscription fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may cancel the add-on subscription at any time to stop future charges.

5. Error Charges

If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error, contact support@wabiss.com within 7 days with your payment ID. We will investigate and issue a refund if confirmed as our error.

6. Razorpay Disputes

Razorpay handles payment disputes independently. Please contact us before raising a dispute — we resolve issues quickly.
