Link, QR & Website Chat Widget Generator
Turn any WhatsApp number into a shareable wa.me link with a pre-filled message, then print it as a branded QR code for shop counters, packaging, flyers, and visiting cards.
Want leads from your website too? Customize a floating WhatsApp chat bubble and paste one line of code into WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, or any HTML site.

Every Tool, and How to Use It
A simple guide to each tool in the toolkit: what it does, why it helps, and how to get started.
WhatsApp Link Generator (wa.me)
A wa.me link opens a WhatsApp chat with your business in one tap — no need for the customer to save your number first. Add a pre-filled message so customers only have to press send.
- Pick one of your connected numbers (or type any number with country code).
- Write the default message, e.g. "Hi, I saw your ad and want to know more".
- Copy the link and use it in Instagram bios, Facebook ads, emails, SMS, and websites.
Printable QR Codes
Turn the same link into a QR code that customers scan with their phone camera. Choose your brand colour, background colour, image size, and margin, then download a PNG.
Put it on shop counters, product packaging, restaurant tables, flyers, visiting cards, and event standees.
Website WhatsApp Chat Widget
Add a floating WhatsApp button to your website. When a visitor clicks it, a small chat bubble opens with your welcome message and a button that starts a WhatsApp chat with you.
- Customise the brand or agent name, status line, welcome message, button text, colour, and position (bottom right or bottom left).
- See a live preview as you edit.
- Copy the one-line embed code and paste it before the closing
</body>tag — works with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, and plain HTML.
WhatsApp Number Checker
Before a big campaign, paste your phone numbers (with country code) and Wabiss tells you which ones have a WhatsApp account. Remove the rest to avoid wasted sends and failed messages.
This tool needs a connected Web QR number, because Meta's official API does not offer number lookups.
Hosted Media Library
Upload images, videos, PDFs, and audio files once and keep them in one place. When you send messages from a Meta Cloud API number, pick a file from the library instead of uploading it again each time.
Files can be added from your computer, from a public URL, or through the API (file, URL, or base64), up to 32 MB each.
Contact Groups & Imports
Build contact groups for your campaigns in three ways:
- Upload Excel or CSV — your existing customer list.
- Paste numbers manually — quick lists of a few contacts.
- Import from WhatsApp groups — pull the members of groups your Web QR number belongs to.
Wabiss shows a preview before saving, so you can check the numbers first. You can add or remove members later.
Contact Export
Download all contacts saved on a connected Web QR number as a CSV or Excel (XLSX) file — useful for backups, CRM imports, or building new campaign groups.
Two-Way Live Chat
Read and reply to customer conversations from your browser. Choose a connected number, open a conversation to see its full history, and type your reply. On Meta numbers you can also send an approved template — needed when the customer hasn't messaged you in the last 24 hours.
When a chatbot hands a conversation to a human, your team gets an alert in Live Chat. After you've helped the customer, mark the handoff as resolved so the bot can take over again.
Opt-Out Protection
When a contact replies with STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT, Wabiss records it and skips that number in future sends from your Web QR numbers. (On Meta Cloud API numbers, include an opt-out button in your marketing templates as Meta recommends.) Respecting opt-outs keeps you compliant, reduces spam reports, and protects your number from being blocked.
Toolkit Questions, Answered
Yes. All tools come with every Wabiss account. Messages you send still use your normal plan or wallet balance.
No. They point straight to your WhatsApp number, so they keep working as long as that number is active on WhatsApp — even printed QR codes from years ago.
The widget is a single lightweight script, so it has little effect on page speed. It loads alongside your page and shows the floating button once ready.
Meta's official Cloud API doesn't allow checking whether a number is registered on WhatsApp. Connect a Web QR number to use the checker — you can run both types side by side.
Use the full international format with country code and no spaces or symbols, for example 919876543210 for an Indian mobile number.
